I am trying to find the decendants of John H. Daniel. I have very little info on this relative. John was born in South Carolina and was a wagon driver for the goverment. They moved Cherokees to government settlements. He eloped with and Indian girl and are reported to have gotten married in northern Georgia. I believe they had 4 children James Daniel born 1825 Married (1)Mary Rice and (2) Mollie (Mary) A. Foot..James was known as "Devil Jim".
