This Ben Daniel may not be the same one. Ben, son of C. H. Daniel, is in the 1900 census in Grundy County, TN, with the C. H. family, and gives his birthdate as Nov. 1878, while Ben who married Fannie Wilhoite gives his birthday as Aug. 6, 1879 on his World War I draft registration card.
