Those officer appointments are from the county order books, so they stand as proof. But you have dates within the DAR range, including the supply of provisions. I'm also pretty sure Vivion is still in the DAR Patriot Index, so his service is already accepted and you just have to prove descent from him. You can request a check on his status at the DAR site.
