He was the husband of Caroline "Carrie" Hoffman Dale who died May 21, 1909 and was living in Philadelphia, PA. Trying to confirm who Hugh's parents were and the names of all his children and the connection to Louise Dale listed as next of kin on 1918 draft registration. Any help is greatly appreciated.
