This is "Gilley Mill Creek" which is apparently in the NW part of present day Houston County, about 10 mi SE of Daleville. GNIS puts the coordinates at 311335N 853525W. One might assume there was a Gilley Mill at some time in the past, but you'll have to consult other local resources for that.
