I think each LDS library works independantly. I ordered a film. It came in a week and I was told it would be available for about a month, then if I wanted to, I could re-new. This library said that after a film has been renewed twice it stays there permanently . Maybe they then consider it "paid for". Next time, if possible, why not try a different LDS library. Lil
