I have had 7 rolls of film for Poland for at least 5 years -- had to return one because there was a bad area of the film but they just exchanged it for me!!! ALSO -- we cannot remove the film from the FHC -- I did not know that and took out a roll to look at at my local library since my FHC has few hours!!!
