Mike....sorry, I called you Joe in my response to the translation because of your email name. That's great that you have been able to search the archives yourself. When you know the language it certainly helps. I've been to some of the archives,too, but I have to have what I want written out in Czech and then they help me. I had most of my research done in 1990 direct from the Archives. They no longer will do that. My researcher that gave me the informaiton about Trebon no longer answers and the email is returned so I fear he has passed away. He offered to go to Trebon to see if he could find out more about my ancestor, who we think was a shepard in 1650. Millie
