Hi Ginny, how goes it? Ginny found several and one in particular, baptisms of many of my relatives in the late 1800's at St. Nepomucene Church in Chicago, IL. I only knew they went to St. Wenceslaus and then to St. Procopius. The first 3 of their children were baptised at St. Wenceslaus and the rest at St. Procopius. (Skala and Kovarik) however, one daughter was born in 1875. There was Anna Skala born in 1875 and baptized at St. Procopius but the maiden name of the mother was not the same, (Kovarik) and the godparents were not the same as the others. Ginny found the right Anna Skala born in 1875 and the others were listed as well so I guess they went there for a few months then moved on to St. Procopius. I ordered the film from 1871- 1900s and have it on extended loan. If you want me to look up baptisms please let me know.
