I must have searched for years with the INS, and since I had no date of arriving and no port, I was at a lose. I finally settled on the county seat where they stayed for a short time. Now I have the date, time and place where he arrived in the US. You should write to the District Clerk of the County Court House, and if the person filed for intent , They would have a record.
