Thanks Rosemary -- for the site. I just went to www.cgsi.org -- and right at the top is a map that is very helpful. It is an extremely simple map of Czechoslovakia 1918 showing the borders of the surrounding countries. I've been reading the more detailed maps in order to find cities but knowing the borders helps understand potential relationships with other countries. Susan
