The question I have is what branch of the military or what country does that represent, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Austria, whn he was in during the age under 24 . .As far as I know his parents were Jan(John) and Ulara Timko Baley(balej) Bailley is what is written on my birth certificate.... Was told when he was just a lad the parents left PA. and went back to the old country. Where I do not know.
