Hi Betty, A possibility for Stubenbach is the current Czech town of Prasily, which is just east of Bayer-Eisenstein. You can find this on the map by checking the link for the "Atlas Map Server" under "Online Research Tools" at this website: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~elainetmaddox/czgenealogy.htm I don't find any towns named "Gruberg". It's possible that this is actually Grumberg (cz: Krumperky), or Grünberg (cz: Zelena Hora) or some other similar name. It could even be the name of a mountain. You mentioned an old map. Does it indicate where Gruberg is located relative to Stubenbach? Mary
