You will find the link under On-Line Research Tools on the Czech Genealogy page at the above site. STUBENBACH is now known as DOLNI KAMENEC and it is located 83.4 miles SW of Prague GRUBERG does not have a Czech equivalent name so I suspect it no longer exists. It probably had a Jewish cemetery or Jewish population at one time so it is also listed and it's location is also 83.4 miles SW of Prague. I can only guess that DOLNI KAMENEC now includes both places once known as STUBENBACH and GRUBERG. If you click on the coordinates link at JewishGen ShtetlSeeker, it will give you a map at MapQuest which will allow you to navigate around the area of these two towns. Lastly, sometimes a search at www.google.com will find you historical information about locations.
