You want #6 for Pilsener Kreis (district) written in 1838. However, they are in old German script which is tough to read, let alone translate. Pilsener and Pilzen are the same area, different spellings. The city of Plzen is in it. If you wanted to use a professional researcher in the CR to look up records for your relatives, you really need to know the village where they were born-lived-died.
