I, too, have ancestors who lived in Volesna, kraj Pisek. The surnames were Kostohryz, Krejci and Kus. In the baptism record of my great-grandfather in 1854, Frantisek Kostohryz, the midwife is listed as "Rosalie Sklouz, the peasant cottager of Volesna #21"--the house number that you mentioned.
