It sounds like a great site to use. The only thing is I sent them all my four great grandparents surnames and locations, but they couldn't find anything on any of them. However, I did find out later that the area some were in, the census got destroyed at one point. Isn't that the "pits"?!! Fortunately, though, hiring a private researcher has helped.
