I just called Hippocrene Books and they do not have any copies. But when I went on Switchboard.com to get their phone number, there was a link to Alibris! I went there and they had three selections of the book -- one used for $39.06 with a printing date of 2001 -- one for $9.+ change printed in 1959, I think and another one which is new for $122.41, I ordered the $39.06 plus shipping for a total of $43.06 and I should receive it by November 1. I went online at the address you gave and found 0 copies available. Does that mean that the only one left is for $122.41? I've never seen a dictionary for that much, even the 2000+ page unabridged German dictionary I have was for considerably less, like half as much. That was a two way dictionary which really helps.
