Hi, Judith. Not sure if this message got through yesterday, so here it is again....The Trsek's in my family were from Bosilec which is on Southern Bohemia, just north of C. Budejovice. Not sure how common the name is, but I have a couple dozen listings, but they are pretty early -- starting about 1650. I can't guarantee that my records are of value to you, but I'm willing to share all that I have, and can align you with a very good genealogist who can do the work locally if you wish to see if your family's listing could be from this village. Just let me know.
