Hi Judie, I found a Schwarzbach in Czech Republic on www.jewishgen.org/Communities/locTown.asp. Its native name (native names are the ones in bold) is Cerna v Posumavi, Cerna, & it's 94 mi. S. of Prague. If you go to that website & click on the far right column, it will show villages within 10 mi radius of Schwarzbach. Also available are 3 maps to actually see the location. On occasion, I've also used www.mapy.cz to locate villages (when you are sure of the name), but since it's all in Bohemian, I find it more difficult to use than jewishgen. Hope this helps.
