I am currently looking for any information in the Pennsylvania area on my great-great grandmother -- Mary GAZDIK b. 25 Nov 1863 in Zumatov(?), Hungary d. 05 Dec 1941 in Jackson County, Minnesota, USA She married a John A MICKLOS between 1882 - 1886 in where I believe is Luzerne county, Pennsylvania, USA. >From this union, there were 8 children -- 1 -- Mary Anna Micklos b. 28 Aug 1886 in Pennsylvania, USA 2 -- Anna Mary Micklos b. 06 Jul 1888 in Trenton, New Jersey, USA 3 -- Kate V Micklos b. 08 Jul 1891 in Pennsylvania, USA 4 -- John Gordon Micklos b. 10 Mar 1894 in Pennsylvania, USA 5 -- Susie Micklos b. 27 Sep 1895 in Pennsylvania, USA 6 -- Mike M Micklos b. 29 Oct 1897 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, USA 7 -- Joseph Andrew Micklos b. 31 Oct 1899 in Minnesota, USA 8 -- Nellie R Micklos b. 12 Apr 1902 in Minnesota, USA All these individuals died in and around Jackson County, Minnesota, USA. I am not sure exactly of what records Luzerne County possesses. If someone could check to see if there is a marriage certificate or application on file. Possibly birth certificates for the children born in Pennsylvania. Anything would be greatly appreciated. I have the information from the time that they moved to Minnesota in 1899-1900. I also have the last name spelled various different ways, but upon looking in most records, GAZDICK is the correct spelling. Other spellings I have are -- Gyzdick/Gayzdik/Gayszdik/Gizdik/Gayszik/Geiser/Gyzick/Griesing/Gasdik Thank you in advance for any help/information.
