Jacob Markwood Keplinger/Caplinger born 1841 in probably Grant Co., Virginia part of which became Hardy Co., West Virginia. Supposely entered the Union service and was a POW dying in POW prison. May have been with cousin Jesse Veach who died at Andersonville prison.. Max Brown mbrown99@aol.com
