Mary Lou, There was a C. C. Tate who died 12/02/1863 at Camp Morton, Indianapolis,Indiana and buried first at Crown Hill Cemetery and later reinterred in the Confederate section of the Green Lawn Cemetery. This Tate was a private in Company k, 59 th Tenn. Infantry.
