Can anyone tell me if there was a burial of a John Cutts, Yeoman of Southwell, in August 1800, at St. Mary's Nottingham? His Will was written 31.7.1800 and executed 21st August 1800, at Southwell. I believe he had three wives: 1. Mary, marriage not yet known. buried 27.3.1770 at Southwell Minster. 2. Ann Symon,of Brough, Notts. married 5.11.1777, (entered both at Southwell and St. Marys Nottingham) buried 15.3.1789 Southwell Minster. 3. Elizabeth Cheetham, married 17.3.1791 St. Mary's Nottingham. buried 26.7.1813 age 68, at Southwell Minster. I have looked for the burial of John and not found any at Southwell, Mansfield, Blidworth, Winkburn, Halam or Bleasley. This John Cutts had links with Hykeham, Lincs, Halam and Edingley, Notts, Papplewick, Notts., Arnold, Notts., Stapleford, Lincs., Over, Cambs and Shudy Camps, Cambs (Note: - Any information, on any John Cutts is welcomed. I have been trying for nearly ten years to find the baptism of MY John Cutts b.c.1778 at Arnold (as stated in 1851 census) and have not yet been able to confirm his parents with any certainty.
