Jack MOORE married Edna Long ( 1911-1993) Jack Moore won the D.S.O. from the Navy Kept a wet fish shop on Denman Street near Radford Boulevard. They had a son Johnny Moore who 'won the highest award in Canadian Airforce - he discovered why transport air planes were falling from the sky' Originally he had been in the RAF here first before being conscripted into the RCAF. Believed to have been connected with Langar. He died in 1998. Believed to have been a policeman in Nottingham. Johnny's sister Brenda Moore married an Arthur Wood at St. Peters, Radford.
