Do you have any other info. On Robert's marriage certificate (2nd marriage) his father is listed as a Contractor. On Scotlandspeople I found a copy of Robert's first marriage to Margaret Johnstone in 1851 from Old Parochial Register of Paisley High Parish in Renfrew. They had a daughter Mary born in 1851 but I can't find a record of her birth - know they came to Belfast and had two more daughters Caroline born about 1858 and Margaret born 1865. It would be great if this were Robert's parents as I have been searching for a long time. Hope to hear soon. Lorna
