He was aged 21 and born in Dunbarton. In 1851 he married Margaret Johnstone at Paisley High Church in Renfrew. He then seems to have come to Belfast. He had a daughter Mary born in 1851. Margaret died in 1866 and Robert remarried in 1870 in Belfast. On the 1870 marriage certificate his father is recorded as John Cuthbertson. Robert Cuthbertson is my great grandfather. On one of the threads Janet mentioned that she thought Robert's parents were John Cuthbertson and Anne Graham. Hope you can help. Lorna
