Looking for Charles Curtis no middle name. b14 Jan 1929 South Hackney England son of Charles Fredrick Curtis and Lily Plumb. Last know in 1933 when he was put into a Essex County Council Home. The Home has record of him entering but can not find what they did with him. (Lost Child) I have got his birth cert there is no stamp of adoption on it. not like his brother and sisters. He would be in his 70's now if alive. His brother and sister would like to meet him. They found each other after 67 years. And have met. So if alive he would go by the name of Charles Curtis. I have written to every Charles Curtis in England if he had an address. NO LUCK. so my be he went over seas ? Any help would be great. As pulling my hair out trying to think what I could do next.
