I have considerable data regarding Daniel's older brothers and sisters (those that came to the United States and settled in MI). If there is anything you need, let me know. Found a reference to R R Curtis (Revanis) who died in CO at the turn of the last century. The homespun OBIT (from the Crawford "Telephone") reffers to "Uncle Dan" (of Crawford county) and a brother named "Samuel". Obviously, they are a second or third generation after Daniel and Eliza Jane but have not found the connection. Verbal family history speaks of two boys collecting horses from the range and neither (ever) returning. The "Telephone" article seems to support a portion of that handed-down story.
