To identify correct quarter, if you are UK based I would suggest that you go to your local library and ask where best to access the microfiche copies of the GRO records. This will probably be at your nearest large library , or your local LDS church or your local Family History Society -- then you have to look at the Curtis births each quarter to find William Isaac. Free BMD does not have enough of 1867 up yet to get the answer here. If you are foreign based you have to get sks to do this look up for you. marriage date -- same exercise , but possibly over a span of a number of years -- hoping you can spot William Isaac, unless you know the year , which then pins it down to just the quarterly exercise again.
