In what year was your grandfather Alfred Knapton born? There was about 5 by that name in the early 1900's who were born in the Leeds and Bradford areas. Leeds and Bradford are cities within a few miles of each other. Of the 5 people called Alfred Knapton there were 2 or 3 in the Thornton area of Bradford. Geoff
