He may be the father of my fiance so that's why I'm trying to locate him. It would be nice to know who his father is. My fiance we born in 1983 so Mark would've been living in Michigan at least around 1982 or so. My fiance's mother's name was KRIS SMITH at the time. There are two possible people that could be his father but I've been unable to locate the other person also. If I can find Mark Curtis/Curtiss I would like to do a DNA test to match with fiances'. The Mark Curtis/Curtiss I'm looking for was in some brank of the service but not sure which one (Navy, Marines, Army, etc). He did have a sister named Vonnie and a brother named Jim.
