His parents were Abner Curtis & Persis Howe-Curtis married in 1807 in Worcester, MASS. I have quire a bit on Persis, but I don't have anything on Abner. However, I do have their 8 children's names including Dr. Elijah's...I am looking for information on Dr. Elijah's siblings....as of 1885 only 4 were still living including Dr. Elijah. The family traveled from Mass and came to Ohio in 1821. Here are their names (not in order of birth): Still living in 1885 1. Daniel - 2. Persis (b 1821 m George Phelps of NY) 3.
