Surnames: Curtis Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/TmQ.2ACIB/2151 Message Board Post: I am looking for information on a Free Will Baptist minister named Reverend A. Curtis. I believe this is Amasa P. Curtis, who served in Lykens, Crawford County, OH in the 1830s and moved to Farmington, Washington County, WI before 1847. He helped create a few Free Will churches along the way and served as pastor as well. I beleive he moved on to another region of WI or possibly another state to continue his service as a minister. I thought I ran across a note once that said he moved to Kansas. I do not know any more info about him. Does he fit into anyone's Curtis line? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!
