Parents are Freeman Curtis, dob unknown, and Mary A. Power or Proulx, dob unknown. Both suppose to have been born in Canada. Trying to find out exactly where Freeman and Mary were born and their dates of birth. Their daughter, Philena married in MA in 1866 to Peter Tatro. One of Philena's parents was native american indian. Not sure which one. Also, trying to find out if Philena had any sibblings.     2. Been busier than a dog with two tails. Grandson finished Kindergarten. Today his dad flew in from Denver and they will fly out tomorrow am. We are leaving in the am for a 7 week vacation visiting old schoolmates, doing a little genealogy and attending the Calgary Stampede for 7 days. We pick our grandson up July 28th and then work our way back home. Once home, clean up the motorhome and then put it up for sale. Cost to much to not be able to use it all year. Tyler is more important right now. Will buy a truck and small trailer to take him camping. Nothing new on my DNA but Vern Curtis, 2 matches off just found a perfect 25 marker match. The person will not answer my emails but it appears she copied information from someone named Cox.
