    3. I could not find a link but my Curtis family goes from Scituate MA to Hanover MA then on to Maine with the fourth generation. Here are those names and towns. Aug 1880 (my GGrandfather) Ruth b. 1882 Sometime between 1854 and 1876 James S. Curtis migrated from Winteport to Rockland. In the 1960 Census of Winterport, Maine is listed the following: James Curtis b.1792 Charlotte Curtis b. 1795 James Curtis Jr. b. 1822 Lydia Curtis b. 1824 They all appear to be living in the same household. Curtis and Matilda Blalock, and Sallie Matilda Dalton, daughter of James Alfred Dalton and Sarah Jane Noblett/Noblitt are holding a Memorial Service for their ancestors on July 2, 2005 at the Old Fort Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. William and Sallie were buried in unmarked graves in 1917.     3. Hello to Jim and others, I think what some of these messages are is we have missed some or forgotten. Maybe someone is looking for a Jane CURTIS, that was married to a William Hammontree. I know some of them can be confusing, but was told if we go to the message board and look at some of them, then we can make a connection, but most of them, like the ones that doesn't give much information, for example, the one you wrote about, has me lost to who they are talking about. Sometimes, they don't direct the question to anyone personal and it loses me and I just delete them. Betty W. of Guernsey Co. Oh.
