I am looking for the parents and birthplace in Ireland of JAMES CUMMINS b. 1808-1811. He married MARY WOODS and emigrated to Saint John, New Brunswick in 1836 (maybe 1835) We have been told that he was from Cork, Ireland but what parish or diocese? Or did he just board ship in Cork and come from somewhere else in Ireland? He was a bricklayer in the 1850 census of NB and a grocer at the time of his death. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
