Silas Cummings is my GGgrandfather and I have come to a dead end. He was born in NY state and moved to Tioga PA he was born 1822 and died 1899 his wife was Mary x this is how her will is signed. their children were Laura, Silas J., Philia, George ( my Ggrandfather), Polly, Freemont, William and Phillip. If anyone out there can help me I would like to go back farther. I was always told the Cumming's came from England I have been in the Isaac association and he is not listed there are some possibilities with no children or no names. Thank You Cheryl Cummings
