    3. Hi Jackie: I don't know what to tell you, because all I have is what I put in my posting. I don't know where Hastings is. Can you tell me? And you know, the only reason I have as much as I do, is because I had to hire a professional in London to do some detective work for me. And all I had to give him was information I got from records at the Barnardo orphanage in London where my grandmother was left. Bits and pieces of information that I didn't even know was accurate. He dug up all kinds of things for me and I am so happy. For many years I tried to do it on my own and refused to spend any money on a researcher and I got nowhere. And I sat at the nowhere gate, for 20 years. Now I'm very happy. But I can work with you a bit. This is not a very common name (I think) and that is why this list is so quiet. There might be only a few who belong. I only had my grandmother in London at the orphanage and her last name wasn't even her real name, but he took that information, got the name she was born with and where this family originated from. So write back and we can banter this about. Bonnie in Ontario.
