I am seeking relatives and ancestors of OWEN EDWARD OWEN, married circa 1900 to JUANA LATILLE ALMENDAREZ, daughter of DOMINIQUE LATRILLE LOUSTAUNEAU, founder of Tocopilla, Chile, today a town of 20,000. There are LIVING OWENs who today seek their relatives. In particular, they want to know from where in Wales their family came to Chile. They were in the mining business in Chile.
