Ignacio Tapia was in the U.S. Army and stationed at Ft. Hood Texas in the 1980s. He was married to Purification Pelaez Tapia. She died in Killeen Tx in 1985. She had a son, Antonio Pelaez, from a previous marriage. Antonio aka Anthony or Tony, was the father of my grandson. Antonio Pelaez also had other children by different women. He died in 2001. I am trying to locate any of his children, who would be siblings of my grandson. I have adopted my grandson. I have located one of his siblings.
