He owned the store "La Angelita" next to the Cervantes Hotel. We left in 1965. We knew the Freire family, although I don't remember the older members of the family. There are a brother and sister named Maritza and Quincy. I still have one uncle there named Carlos Manuel Torres Castell. From what I know, most of the former inhabitants of that area are now living in Hialeah. Some of us lived in California for years and are now living in Miami, Fl. Hope this helps you. b t
