There are are three radio buttons below the box that you enter in your search info: Buscar en (search in) - a la web (entire www) - páginas en español (pages only in Spanish)- páginas de España (pages in Spain) You also want to use Spanish phrases instead of English becaue you want google to search through Census information, historical records, etc written in Spanish. For example, "coffee plantation Guatemala 1700" will not yield much but "plantación de café Guatemala 1700" will give you historical records the Spanish kept.
