Write to Tampa Florida/Yebo City Historical Society. That is "Little Cuba". It was a WONDERFUL place 50 years ago. The smell of Cigars filled the air- because cigar makers from Cubabrought their craft and it was big business. The smell of coffee beans being roasted-because huge cylindral (sp?) were on the sidewalks where you could buy fresh roasted coffee on the spot. It is gone now, but Tampa is trying to reinvent the area. I do know there is a Tampa/Cubian movement trying to create and retain the history of the area.
