There is a list of Pando that travel to Cuba. My great grandmother, Aurora Pubillones de Capo sister, Virtudes was married to Celestino Pando. They live in Guantanamo, Cuba in the late 1800's. They were also my grandfathers godparents and was told they had many children. If at one point they lived in Pinar del Rio that I would not know but would gladly ask my cousin who might remember them.
