A lot of property in Camaguey belonged to them, and I ofter heard that the Marques of Santa Lucia was married to a cousin. The poetisa Gertrudis Gomez de Avellaneda was a cousin and actually died in the home of Carmen Gloria Alonso Quesada in Madrid. Papers of properties in Camaguey also mention the name of the family Leaniz or something similar. I have the papers but have to look for them.
