Just visited the site of the forme Colegio de la Luz in March for the first time since 1963. Much like most of Havana, it is not in the best of conditions. But, it is still a school. Good luck in your quest for the family geneology. I have started to compile information on my family's history. I was born to cuban parents in New York City in 1950. My parent separated and eventually divorced, but my mother took my brother and I to live with my grandparent in old Havana from 1956 to 1963.
