Now lives in Alabama He was married to: Rafaela Torres Rodriguez-10/23/19??-?/?/1966-67 She was from Oriente Cuba and died in La Habana.My mom is not sure what year she was born nor when she passed away because she was 4/5 yrs old.They had 4 kids together.And my grandmother had a daughter from a previous marriage.Her name is either Marita or Marieta we don't know her last name.My mom said that she should be in her mid to late 50's. My family came to the USA in 1970. I have asked my aunt and uncles and my mom to give me all the information that they have but it isn't much since they left Cuba when they were only kids.And my grandfather doesn't remember much. I also tried the other end since i have close estimates on when my ancestors left Spain , and the few geneolgists I found are just as nuts as Castros people they wanted 95 euros per hour plus transportation and hotel costs to go get you a copy of a birth certificate. they must be thinking of those movie stars now showing up on the show "who do you think you are". guess my kids or grandkids can take it up 50 years from now, when they become interested IF they become interested, you would think maybe by then a few of those records might make it into digital records, nah were talking about Cuba and Spain , hell will freeze over first then the muslims and jews would make up and then maybe... After that the trail mostly goes cold. I've always been told the Toranzos came from Las Tunas, and before that Italy, but I don't know how true that is. I'm trying to find my great grandfather's name, and maybe even his dad's? I can't seem to find anything under Celiano Toranzo, which is what I've been told his name was.
