Una prima era Gertrudis Gomez de Avellaneda, poetisa de Cuba, que murio en casa de Carmen Gloria en Madrid. Miguel Alonso Quesada era padre de mi difunto marido, Dr.Miguel Angel Alonso Aretieda, nacido en Madrid.He escuchado muchas veces el nombre de Marques de Sta.Lucia. Me gustaria tener mas informacion. His siblings were Pedro,Cristina,Damaso and Carmen Gloria. Deeds to property in Camaguey,Cuba show family relations with Loynaz family . A cousin, the poetisa of Cuba,Gertrudis Gomez de Avellaneda died in the Madrid home of Carmen Gloria. The Marques de Santa Lucia was frequently mentioned , possibly as married to a cousin.
