I believe that he is a cousin. In 1896 he is listed with my grandfather as a contact for the funeral services of my maternal great-great-grandmother, Dolores Morejon (Sra. Dolores Garcia-Chicano) in West Tampa, Florida. In the 1899 City Directory of Tampa, he is boarding next door to my grandfather, with his wife, Dolores; Abelardo Mosquera; and my great-grandmother, Mercedes Garcia Chicano (Mrs. Esteban Santa Cruz). This is at 2310 14th Street in Ybor City (Tampa). These Mosquera men are listed as cigarmakers. The Mosquera family is not found in the 1900 Federal Census.
